Hello, and thank you for being here. I’m Maria Motorwala (Sodawaterwala) — the founder and creative force behind MoonlightDecor53. My love for design began in childhood, where art and imagination became my way of connecting with the world. Over time, that passion evolved into something deeper: a calling to create experiences that are not only beautiful but deeply meaningful. While I’ve explored many artistic paths, it was in event design that I found my true purpose — curating spaces that reflect the heart and soul of life’s most cherished moments. Every event I design is a labor of love, infused with intention, emotion, and an unwavering attention to detail.

I’m also a proud mom to two amazing boys, Shabbir and Mohammed, who light up my world and inspire my creativity every day. My husband, Ali Asghar, is the unwavering support and strength behind this journey — my cheerleader, partner, and the engine that powers this dream. MoonlightDecor53 simply wouldn’t exist without their love, encouragement and support.
